The Ventus Optics Jupiter FFP 2–16×44 VT-MOA-GRID is a variable riflescope with a 44 mm objective lens and a magnification range of 2–16×. Lower magnification gives a wider view of the surroundings, higher magnification allows detailed observation of more distant targets. Depending on the magnification set, the field of view ranges from 21.9 to 2.72 m at 100 m.
The VT-MOA-GRID reticle is placed in the first focal plane (FFP). It grows or shrinks together with the observed image when you change magnification, so the spacing of the reticle marks corresponds to the same angular values across the entire magnification range.
One click equals ¼ MOA. Elevation adjustment range is ±85 MOA and windage ±70 MOA. The Zero Stop function makes it easy to return to the set zero.
Side parallax focus adjusts from 10 yards to infinity. The lenses are fully multi-coated, eye relief is 91 mm and the -3 to +2 dioptre adjustment lets you focus the reticle to your eyesight.
The riflescope has a 30 mm tube, a length of 307 mm and a weight of 715 g. It is nitrogen-filled, IP67 waterproof and shockproof to 1,000 G. For mounting, 30 mm rings are suitable, for example KONUS Steel Rings QR 30 mm.
