Returning goods (withdrawal from the contract)

Under the law, a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

Please note: The cost of transport is borne by the buyer!

Under Act No. 108/2024 Coll. the seller is not obliged to bear the cost of transporting the returned goods.

Please send back the complete contents of the order. The goods must be packed so that they are not damaged in transit!
