Hikmicro Falcon FQ25 thermal monocular      

The HIKMICRO Falcon FQ25 thermal monocular (HM-TS46-25XG/W-FQ25) is equipped with a quality 640 × 512 px 12 µm sensor (12-micron technology) with a sensitivity of 20 mK, a lens focal length of 25 mm  and 8x digital zoom. Thanks to its highly sensitive sensor, the Hikmicro Falcon delivers an absolutely clear image even in total darkness.

The Hikmicro Falcon supports hot track (tracking the hottest point in the image), a stadiametric rangefinder and Wi-Fi. The FQ25 enables detection up to a distance of 1,800 m and battery life is an impressive 5 hours of continuous operation.

The FQ25 model features the latest image processing methods:

Automatic sensitivity control (AGC: Auto Gain Control): AGC technology automatically adjusts the dynamic range of the image. Hikvision thermal cameras use a unique technology called adaptive AGC, which is far more advanced than the ordinary linear AGC used in thermal cameras from other manufacturers.

Digital Detail Enhancement (DDE) DDE technology uses advanced algorithms to render details more sharply even in low-contrast areas (warm/cold objects).

3D Digital Noise Reduction (3D DNR) 3D DNR technology very effectively removes grainy or blurred parts of the observed scene. The resulting image is much cleaner than that of devices using traditional two-dimensional noise reduction (2D DNR).

HIKMICRO is one of the few manufacturers producing its own VOx cores with a resolution of 640 x 512, which gives the latest thermal imagers an excellent price/performance ratio. The lower the NETD value (20 mk), the better the sensor can record small temperature differences between objects with a perfect image!

A built-in thermal detector with a high sensitivity of 20 mk provides a clear image even in demanding environmental conditions such as darkness, fog, smoke, dust, rain, snow, forest cover, etc.
