The Vidar 660 2.0 monocular is equipped with a thermal sensor with a sensitivity of NETD ≤ 20 mK and a resolution of 640 × 512 px. The lower the NETD value, the better the sensor can register even the smallest temperature differences between objects, giving you a detailed image. High-quality imaging is further supported by the AMOLED display with a resolution of 1024 × 768 px, which is also easy on your eyes.
The optical zoom function is based on two lenses in one device, letting you change the width of the field of view to suit your needs. Lens with a focal length of 20 mm with a fixed optical magnification of 1.1x enables detection at 1000 metres, while the lens with a focal length of 60 mm with a 3.2x magnification enables detection at up to 3000 metres. The device also features an AI stadiametric rangefinder.
Easy operation is now provided by the focus wheel on top of the device combined with the field-of-view ring, designed to be operated with one hand.
With the built-in memory with a capacity of up to 64 GB you can record photos and videos complete with sound. A very useful function of the riflescope is automatic recording after the shot and the option to instantly view or delete recorded footage. Via the USB-C output, you can connect the device to a computer or use the connection with the ThermTec Outdoor app.
Also worth mentioning is the self-learning shutterless technology, which is used for automatic image correction. This function collects data and helps deliver a more stable image without distracting stutter that could compromise shot accuracy.
The Vidar 2.0 has a reduced weight of its duralumin body and retains durability with an IP67 protection rating. Even in harsh conditions, you won't miss a moment thanks to the two replaceable batteries, which together give you up to 16 hours of continuous observation! You can save battery using sleep mode or by connecting a power bank.
We provide a 3-year warranty on the device and guarantee the loan of a replacement unit should servicing be required.
