The monoculars of the improved Lynx S range are an excellent choice as a first observation thermal imager for a variety of scenarios.
The Lynx LE15S monocular is equipped with a thermal sensor with NETD < 35 mK sensitivity and a resolution of 256 × 192 px. The lower the NETD value, the better the sensor can capture even the smallest temperature differences between objects, providing you with a detailed image.
Thanks to its lens with a focal length of 15 mm is the detection range of the device 750 metres.
The entire observed scene is shown on the magnified OLED display with a resolution of 800 × 600 px. You can switch between four colour palettes, measure distance using the stadiametric rangefinder and zoom in using the digital zoom of up to 8x.
The Lynx S also includes automatic gain control (AGC), digital detail enhancement (DDE) and three-dimensional noise reduction (3D DNR).
Running on the built-in battery provides up to 8 hours of continuous observation, and for maximum battery life there is the function sleep mode function.
It also offers features such as water resistance and an IP67 rating. This makes the Lynx suitable even for harsh conditions such as rain and snow.
The device comes with a 3-year warranty and a guarantee of a replacement device in the event of servicing.
