FALCON TITAN T1-650L 850 nm is a multispectral device that combines a thermal imaging channel and a digital day/night channel with an IR illuminator in a single housing. Depending on light and weather, you choose the view that shows more at any given moment and switch quickly between modes without needing a second device.
The thermal channel with a 640 × 512 px sensor, NETD ≤ 18 mK sensitivity and a 50 mm objective lens finds heat sources regardless of ambient light levels. It is well suited for initial detection of wildlife in darkness, in vegetation and in poor visibility, and the high sensor resolution helps you recognise characteristic features of the observed object. The image is shown on an OLED display with a sharp, high-contrast picture that stays comfortable during longer observation.
The second system is a 2K digital imaging channel. In daylight it renders the surroundings with more natural detail; in complete darkness it is supported by the 850 nm IR illuminator, which lights the scene with infrared light so the digital sensor can show details that thermal imaging alone does not reveal. Thermal imaging tells you quickly where the animal is, and the digital channel then helps you identify it more precisely.
The integrated laser rangefinder (LRF) measures the distance to the observed object up to 1200 m directly during observation. Photos and videos are stored in 32 GB of internal memory, and the live image can be viewed in real time in the XVision Pro app for iOS and Android.
The IP67-certified design protects the device against dust and temporary immersion in water, so it copes with rain, snow and dusty conditions. A power-saving mode optimises battery consumption during longer use in the field.

850 nm IR illuminator:
This version has an IR illuminator with a wavelength of 850 nm. An 850 nm illuminator emits a faint red glow that is visible when looking at the front of the device, and compared with an invisible 940 nm illuminator it usually lights the scene over a longer distance. If you prefer a completely invisible illuminator, choose the FALCON TITAN T1-650L 940 nm version.
Typical use and recommendations:
TITAN T1-650L is designed for observing wildlife and nature by day, at dusk and in complete darkness. Its advantage is a two-step approach in one device: thermal imaging reveals the animal by its heat signature, the digital channel with IR illuminator shows the object itself and its surroundings, and the rangefinder adds the exact distance. Photo and video recording is useful for documenting your observations.
