RIX LEAP L6 v2 – 640x480 thermal riflescope, continuous zoom 2,8-8,4x

The L6 v2 is the model on which RIX built its reputation. The combination of a 640x480 sensor, a 50 mm F0.9 lens and smooth magnification change is a specification the competition sells for considerably more.

2600-metre range

The 50 mm lens extends the detection range by eight hundred metres compared with the L3. The 8.8° x 4.9° field of view still remains wider than on the three-series version, so you are not paying for range with a loss of overview.

Smooth magnification 2.8-8.4x

The lower limit of 2.8x is low enough to handle close work as well, and the upper 8.4x is enough for identification at distances where a shot still makes sense. In between you move smoothly, without steps and without loss of detail.

Sensitivity below 20 mK

A damp November, fog over the meadow, a temperature difference of a few degrees. That is exactly where the difference between NETD 25 and NETD 20 shows.

About the RIX brand

RIX Optics is an American brand based in Texas that has focused on a single goal since 2023 - packing as much performance per euro into a device as possible. Development takes place in Texas, manufacturing in Asia, and service for Europe is based in the Czech Republic.

5-year warranty. Devices with a 384x288 sensor or higher carry an extended 5-year warranty after registration within 30 days of purchase. Models with a 256x192 sensor carry a 3-year warranty.

Removable batteries. All RIX devices use common 18650 or 21700 cells. No proprietary battery pack - simply swap in a spare cell and carry on.
